# Was ist die Fallback-Rufnummer bei sipgate trunking?

Erklärung der Fallback-Rufnummer bei sipgate trunking und wie sie konfiguriert wird.

Wenn Sie eine Absenderrufnummer in Ihrer Telefonanlage konfigurieren, wird diese automatisch an angerufene Teilnehmer:innen übermittelt.

Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, oder die Absenderrufnummer nicht in dem von uns gewünschten Format übermittelt werden kann, setzt sipgate eine sogenannte Fallbacknummer. Diese kann auf der Webseite in den **Einstellungen des Trunks** gesetzt werden.

Bei ausgehenden Gesprächen setzen Sie bitte die gewünschte Absenderrufnummer im **E164**-**Format** (also international ohne führende Nullen oder **"+"-Zeichen**) als neuen Header:

P-Preferred-Identity: <sip:492111234567@sipconnect.sipgate.de>
```

Wenn Sie Ihre **Rufnummer unterdrücken** möchten, passen Sie den Header wie gewünscht an:
