# Recruit CRM Integration

So verbinden Sie die Recruitment-Software Recruit CRM mit der sipgate App für Kontaktsynchronisierung und Telefonie.

Recruit CRM ist eine Recruitment-Software mit ATS + CRM. Verwalten Sie Kontakte und teilen Jobs auf Ihrer Website.

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt aus Recruit CRM heraus und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, welcher Kontakt gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

**Integration von Recruit CRM in der sipgate App:**

**Integration auswählen**

Klicken Sie in der sipgate App links auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie den Punkt "Integrationen" aus.

**API-Key eingeben**

Geben Sie hier den benötigten API-Key ein.

**Verbindung bestätigen**

Damit haben Sie Recruit CRM und die sipgate App erfolgreich verbunden.

**API-Key in Ihrem Recruit CRM-Account finden bzw. erstellen:**

Für die Erstellung des API-Keys ist **Recruit CRM Business** oder **Enterprise** erforderlich.

Loggen Sie sich in Ihren Recruit CRM- Account, klicken Sie links unten im Fenster auf das Zahnradsymbol (Einstellungen) und wählen dann rechts unter "API" den Menüpunkt "API".

Im neuen Fenster können Sie nun den API Token über den Switch ein- oder ausschalten (enable, disable), über die Schaltfläche "Copy" den Token kopieren und über "Reset Token" den API-Key neu generieren.
