# crm-now Integration

So verbinden Sie crm-now mit der sipgate App für Kontaktsynchronisierung und Telefonie direkt aus dem CRM.

crm-now ist die ideale Lösung für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, welche ein Werkzeug zur Verbesserung des Vertriebsprozesses und der Kundenbetreuung benötigen, ohne selbst eine technische Infrastruktur dafür vorhalten zu müssen.

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt aus crm-now heraus und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, welcher Kontakt gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

**Integration von crm-now in der sipgate App:**

Klicken Sie in der sipgate App links auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie den Punkt "Integrationen" aus.

Unter dem Punkt "Integrationen" suchen Sie den Eintrag "crm-now" und klicken auf die Schaltfläche "Mit crm-now verbinden".

Geben Sie hier den benötigte API-Key und die API-URL ein.

Loggen Sie sich in Ihren crm-now-Account ein, klicken rechts oben auf Ihren Benutzer und wählen den Menüpunkt "Meine Einstellungen" aus.
