# Shopware Integration

So verbinden Sie die E-Commerce-Plattform Shopware mit der sipgate App für Kontaktsynchronisierung und Telefonie.

Shopware ist eine Open-Commerce Plattform, mit der Sie Ihren eigenen Online-Shop verwirklichen können. Dabei ist Shopware flexibel anpassbar und einfach zu bedienen und für moderne Online-Shops jeder Größe geeignet.

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt aus Shopware heraus und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, welcher Kontakt gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

**Integration von Shopware in der sipgate App:**

Klicken Sie in der sipgate App links auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie den Punkt **Integrationen** aus.\
Unter dem Punkt **Integrationen** suchen Sie den Eintrag **Shopware** und klicken auf die Schaltfläche **Mit Shopware verbinden**.

**API-Daten eingeben**

Geben Sie hier den benötigte API-Key und die API-URL ein.

**Verbindung bestätigen**

Damit haben Sie Shopware und die sipgate App erfolgreich verbunden.

Hinweis: Je nach Anzahl der zu integrierenden Kontakte kann es einige Minuten dauern, bis diese vollständig angezeigt werden.

**API-Key in Ihrem Shopware-Account finden bzw. erstellen:**

Loggen Sie sich in Ihren Shopware-Account ein und wählen auf der linken Seite den Menüpunkt "Settings" aus.

Wählen Sie im folgenden Fenster "System" aus und dort dann die Option "Integrations".

Hier finden Sie nun bereits erstellte API-Keys, bzw. können hier über den Button "Add Integration" einen neuen API-Key erstellen.

Wenn Sie einen neuen API-Key erstellen, vergeben Sie bitte in dem folgenden Pop-Up-Fenster einen beliebigen Namen und kopieren sich die benötigte Access Key ID und den Secret Access Key – beide sind nach dem Abspeichern nicht mehr sichtbar.
