# ActiveCampaign Integration

So verbinden Sie ActiveCampaign mit der sipgate App für automatische Kontaktsynchronisierung und Telefonie.

ActiveCampaign ermöglicht es Ihnen, Kontakte und Kund:innen zu segmentieren und diese über verschiedene Kanäle persönlich anzusprechen. Dabei kombiniert ActiveCampaign Email Marketing und Marketing Automation mit Elementen des CRM.

Mit sipgate telefonieren Sie direkt in ActiveCampaign und nutzen Ihre Kontakte in der sipgate App. So sehen Sie immer, wer gerade anruft und müssen nicht zwischen verschiedenen Tools wechseln. sipgate ist Ihre Telefonanlage mit der Telefonie App für Desktop und Mobile.

Verbinden Sie sipgate und ActiveCampaign und profitieren von der automatischen Kontaktsynchronisierung. Alle Änderungen oder neuen Kontakte, die Sie in der sipgate App während oder nach dem Telefonat hinzufügen, werden automatisch in ActiveCampaign gespeichert.

Klicken Sie in der sipgate App links auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie den Punkt "Integrationen" aus. **Verbindung bestätigen**

Damit haben Sie ActiveCampaign und die sipgate App erfolgreich verbunden.

#### **API-Key in Ihrem ActiveCampaign Account finden:**

Melden Sie sich in Ihrem ActiveCampaign Account an und klicken links unten auf das Zahnrad-Symbol (Settings). Im Menüpunkt "Developer / Entwickler" finden Sie unter "API Access / API Zugriff" den benötigten API-Key bzw. API-Schlüssel und die URL.

#### **Wie funktioniert Click2Dial mit ActiveCampaign** **?**

Um Click2Dial mit ActiveCampaign zu nutzen, müssen Sie über den ActiveCampaign Support eine Click2Dial Unterstützung für tel: beantragen, damit beim anklicken einer Rufnummer im CRM die sipgate App geöffnet werden kann.\
Das sipgate Addon für den Browser kann leider nicht genutzt werden, da dies zu Einbußen in der Performance im Browser geführt hat.
