Speed dial

As an admin, you can specify in the settings whether calls should only be included in the analysis once they have rung for a certain duration. Calls that are shorter than the threshold value (in seconds) are counted as short dialers.

• You can set an individual threshold value between 1 and 10 seconds. This means that calls below the set threshold are counted as short dialers and are not included in the statistics (both for incoming and outgoing telephony).
