# Wie lade ich die individuelle Wartemusik bei Anruf halten hoch?

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Standard-Wartemusik, die während des Haltens eines Anrufs abgespielt wird, anzupassen. Diese Funktion ermöglicht es Anrufer:innen zu erkennen, dass ihr Anruf in der Warteschleife gehalten wird, beispielsweise während einer Weiterleitung.

Als Admin gehen Sie zur Accountverwaltung und wählen über das linke Menü den Menüpunkt Telefonanlage ➔ Individualisierung aus.

Unter **Anruf halten** klicken Sie auf das Zahnrad-Symbol neben **Wartemusik**.
