# Was ist der mobile Zusatzanschluss?

Es gibt Situationen, da reicht es, wenn Einzelpersonen oder auch Geräte mit Mobilfunk ausgestattet werden, ohne, dass Sie für diese neuen User in der Telefonanlage buchen oder anlegen müssen. Das ist mit der Funktion **mobiler Zusatzanschluss** möglich.

So können Sie zum Beispiel Mitarbeiter:innen, die mobil erreichbar sein wollen, sowie telefonieren und mobile Daten nutzen können, versorgen. Alternativ werden über den mobilen Zusatzanschluss ganz bequem Geräte wie beispielsweise Überwachungskameras, Alarmanlagen und Kartenlesegeräte mit Mobilfunk ausgestattet. Und auf die haben dann mehrere Mitarbeiter:innen unabhängig voneinander Zugriff.

Mit dem mobilen Zusatzanschluss kann, anders als bei neu angelegten User, **nicht** der komplette Umfang der sipgate Telefonanlage genutzt werden. So sind beispielsweise **keine Voicemail oder Ereignisliste** verfügbar.

## Wo finde ich das Feature?

Ausgangspunkt für den benutzerunabhängigen Mobilfunk ist die [**Mobilfunkkachel**](https://app.sipgate.com/mobile-telephony) in der **Accountverwaltung**. Hier klicken Sie auf **Mobilfunkoptionen buchen**.

Anschließend wählen Sie im nächsten Schritt **mobiler Zusatzanschluss**.

Nachdem Sie den **Gerätenamen** vergeben haben, fügen Sie noch eine Rufnummer hinzu.

**Wichtig:** Beachten Sie dabei, dass Sie für diese Funktion **nur Mobilfunknummern** verwenden können. Festnetznummern stehen für diese Funktion nicht zur Verfügung.

Falls Ihre **Absendernummer** dieselbe wie die zuvor hinzugefügte Rufnummer sein soll, müssen Sie diese in den **Geräteeinstellungen** der entsprechenden **Gerätekarte** manuell eintragen.
