# Was ist der Automatische Drittanbieterschutz?

Jede sipgate eSIM und SIM-Karte hat von Haus aus eine Drittanbietersperre aktiviert. Aber was bedeutet das eigentlich konkret?

Mit dem Drittanbieterschutz wird der Bestell- und Zahlungsweg über die Mobilfunkrechnung automatisch unterbunden. Teure Premiumdienste, die über die Mobilfunkrechnung abgerechnet werden, sind so grundsätzlich von einer Nutzung ausgeschlossen. Mit anderen Bezahlarten wie Kreditkarte, oder Lastschrift können diese Dienste weiterhin in Anspruch genommen werden. Hierfür ist jedoch die aktive Eingabe der entsprechenden Daten notwendig.
