# Was kann ich tun, wenn die Vorwahl automatisch mitgewählt wird?

Beim Anruf interner Durchwahlen kann es häufig passieren, dass diese mit einer automatisch eingefügten Vorwahl angewählt wird und deshalb keine Verbindung zum gewünschten Ziel aufgebaut wird. Bei Verwendung einer **AVM FRITZ!Box** kann diese automatische Vorwahl mit wenigen Klicks deaktiviert werden.

Dazu muss unter dem Menüpunkt **Telefonie** unter **Eigene Rufnummern** die hinterlegte sipgate Rufnummer bearbeitet werden. Nachdem die sipgate Nummer zur Bearbeitung geöffnet wurde, muss zunächst oben der Telefonie-Anbieter von **sipgate** auf **Andere Anbieter** geändert werden, wodurch sich weitere Einstellungsmöglichkeiten ergeben.

Im Abschnitt **Rufnummernformat** kann nun ausgewählt werden, ob eine Landes- oder Ortsvorwahl mitgewählt werden soll. Hier wählt man einfach bei beiden Optionen die Einstellung **Keine** und speichert anschließend mit einem Klick auf **OK**.
