How do I automatically reject calls when I am already on the phone?

Disable call waiting in sipgate - automatically reject incoming calls when you are already on a call.

Important: Depending on the platform, the function has different names: On sipgate classic you can find it under Reject calls when busy, on sipgate neo under Busy on Busy.

Enable the function Reject calls when busy, so that callers hear a busy signal when you are in another call.

On the home page, click My telephony. Now go via the left menu bar under settings to User settings.

Then slide the toggle Reject calls when busy to yes.
