How do I set up call forwarding on the device?

Set up call forwarding directly on the VoIP phone – instructions for sipgate-compatible devices.

On some end devices, you have the option to set call forwarding directly on the device. If your end device or VoIP client supports call forwarding, it can be set up in just a few steps. Please note, however, that forwarding stored in the sipgate interface is always given priority, and call forwarding set on the end device may therefore not take effect. Here we provide an overview of the setup steps for the most commonly used end devices:

SNOM D 3xx, D 7xx, D1xx

Settings ➔ Call settings ➔ Forwarding

Beforehand, you must use the cursor keys on the phone to select the relevant identity on the display from which the call should be forwarded.
