# How do I set up an additional VoIP line?

Set up an additional VoIP line at sipgate – phones without user assignment for reception or conference rooms.

You have the option of setting up phones without assigning them to a specific user. You can then assign the phones to specific locations, for example. Please note that the VoIP add-on line **has no event list** has. Each VoIP add-on line costs €4.95 per month.

### **Here's how:**

In account management, go to the tile [VoIP add-on lines](https://app.sipgate.com/unlinkeddevices). Then click the button: **+ Add VoIP add-on line**.

Enter any name for the line and press **Add device.**

Now click on the new line with the mouse and go to **SIP account data**. Here you will find the access data, which you can enter into an existing VoIP phone.

If this newly created endpoint is to be reachable for incoming calls under a phone number, click under **Routing** on **Add phone number**. This means you have successfully created a VoIP line.

### **Use as analog fax or video phone**

Do you want to use your add-on line as **analog fax** or **video phone** use? Then please proceed as follows:

Click on **settings**. Move the slider at the menu item **Use as analog fax device or video phone** on **yes**.
