How can I set the phone to inactive (DND)?

Do Not Disturb (DND) in sipgate: temporarily disable phones so you do not receive calls.

You have the option of switching your phones on or off in order, for example, not to receive any calls for a certain period of time. Your phone will then not ring until you switch it back on. As soon as you set the phone to Inactive the phone is no longer reachable for callers.

Here’s how it works:

Click on My Telephony and then in the left navigation menu to Telephony. Now you can click on the desired Phone in the middle column of the routing. A window will open. You now have the option to move the slider for DND (Do Not Disturb) to Active or Inactive set.

Tip: Some phones have their own DND function, which is integrated directly into the device. In this case, there may be deviations in forwarding behavior.
