Usage overview for sipgate AI Agents – view minute usage and number of calls per month.
You can view the number of successful calls as well as the number of minutes per month in the overview for your AI agent. To do this, go in the logged-in area to sipgate AI Agents. Then, in the overview in the left menu, go to Analysis. There you will see a monthly overview, from which you can view the incoming calls, the total duration of the calls, as well as the calls without a message.

You can also analyze the call volume per day

as well as the content of the conversations held.
