Integrate sipgate AI Agents into your call routing – step-by-step instructions.
To be able to use sipgate AI Agents, you must integrate this into a routing. To do so, log in to your sipgate account and edit your personal routing or the routing of a channel there. Please note that you must first link your AI Agent with a own phone number . If you do not have a free phone number available, please book a block of 3 phone numbers and then select one of the booked numbers. Set up a forwarding to a specific destination in the desired routing. As the destination for this forwarding, tap on AI Agents. Confirm the forwarding to the agent. Then define for which times this routing should be activated, for example outside your regular opening hours. After saving, calls will be forwarded to the respective agent for the previously defined period. Alternatively, you can also integrate your agent into a holiday routing or an absence routing.
If you use sipgate AI Agents without a full sipgate account, you will receive limited access to sipgate. From there, you can set up your sipgate AI Agent.
Using the sipgate AI Agent also requires booking a phone number.
Please note that we require a valid payment method from you in order to charge the incurred costs for call charges or your chosen tariff. You can enter and update your billing details if needed in the menu item Account ➔ Administration ➔ Payment . Then enter the phone number you received from us for your sipgate AI Agent into your routing.
