# How do I verify mobile service with VideoIdent, eID, and AutoIdent?

If you want to use sipgate mobile fully as a user, you must first verify yourself via **PostIdent** .

The verification, which we are legally required to carry out, is initiated automatically when a mobile device is added (see below).

Add the mobile end device here.

In the next step, you will be prompted for verification.

Verification can also be initiated in the menu item **Account management → User → Mobile** under **data volume** or **voice flat rate** .
