How does the eSIM profile get onto my device?

Transfer the eSIM profile to your device – instructions for setup via QR code or manual entry.

To create an eSIM profile on your device, you must under Calling ➔ Voicemail and devices select the corresponding card for the device and click the gear next to Connection to the device click.

At this point, follow the further instructions on the interface. By scanning the individual QR code, you can use sipgate on a smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch within a few seconds. To do this, the respective mobile device must be connected to the internet, either via Wi-Fi or via cellular network through another SIM card.

The following settings must be made on your mobile device. They will also be explained again in detail during the process.

iOS

➔ Open settings on your iOS device

➔ Select Mobile network

➔ Start Add Cellular Plan

➔ Now scan the QR code displayed to you in the window.

➔ Done
