If you want to remove the eSIM profile from your device, you can simply delete it again. Just follow these steps.

For iOS

On your device, go to Settings and tap Mobile data. Select the desired mobile plan . Click on Remove mobile plan

For Android

On your device, in Settings select Network & Internet or Connections. There, click on Mobile network. Click Advanced and then on Mobile network operator. There, click on the gear icon of the sipgate profile and then on Delete and finally confirm the deletion of the eSIM profile
