To do this, go into the respective user as an admin and click on the left on **Mobile options**. As a user, you also have the option to book data volume for yourself. With booked data volume, you surf at a download speed of up to 100 Mbit/s. The upload speed is up to 32 Mbit/s. If your LTE data volume is used up, you can continue surfing free of charge, but at a throttled speed of up to 64 Kbit/s. * **LTE data volume:** Optionally 6 GB, 20 GB, 75 GB or 250 GB. ![daten\_neu\_480.png](/files/61a0ef794acbc566c789c64f2d2e41ef9397bdc8) * **Term:** 1 month, cancellable monthly. * **Upgrade and downgrade:** Upgrade possible at any time, downgrade possible at the end of the month. #### **How is data volume calculated?** At sipgate, chargeable services such as data volume are always billed for the respective calendar month. If you book new data volume or switch to a higher data volume, it is calculated proportionally for the remaining time in the month. Cancellation is always possible flexibly at the end of the month. If your data volume is used up, there are no additional costs. After you have used up your LTE data volume, you can continue surfing free of charge, but at reduced speed. #### **Change data volume** In your user account under **Mobile network** you can switch to a larger data volume at any time - regardless of whether your currently booked data volume has already been used up or not. #### **Book data add-on by SMS** If you do not need a permanent upgrade, you can add so-called **data add-ons** to your existing volume. As soon as your data volume is 80% used, you will receive a notification from us by SMS and email. You can add 500 MB for €4.95. Simply send an SMS to the number "+495555" with the text "500". You can book this option as often as you like. It is not automatically renewed. #### **Book data add-on in the user account** Booking data add-ons is also possible in your user account. You can also find the relevant settings in the left-hand section under **Mobile network**. Here you can select the desired data add-on. Admins have the option to book data add-ons for all users. In addition, users have the option to book data add-ons for their personal account. When the booked data volume is used up completely, a data add-on is automatically rebooked.
