# Is there movement profile tracking by sipgate or Telefonica?

sipgate conducts **no** does not analyze movement data, so the corresponding data is also not passed on to third parties. Phone numbers ported to sipgate can no longer be analyzed by the outgoing providers. Likewise, no SIM cards from outside the network are analyzed.\
It may happen that the previous provider does not delete the data in a timely manner. In that case, customers can actively have themselves unsubscribed. Information on the procedures of the individual providers can be found on the following pages:
