# APN configuration errors and solutions

**Cause 3:** The DUAL SIM slot 2 can only do 2G; no 2G is available at the location (usually abroad)\

**Solution:** Wait; the Fritz!Box may find an LTE/UMTS network a few minutes later

<summary><strong>LTE connection is established and disconnects after a certain time</strong></summary>

***Analysis:** Fritz!Box ➔ Internet ➔ LTE Information ➔ Mobile network ➔ Check RSRQ*\
**Cause:** LTE reception is worse -20 to -99 RSRQ; the LTE mast kicks the Fritz!Box off\
**Solution 1:** Change the location of the Fritz!Box and check where the values improve: -1 to -19 RSRQ\
**Solution 2:** Fritz!Box ➔ Internet ➔ LTE Information ➔ Reception ➔ Start alignment aid ➔ Change the antenna angle and make sure the values get smaller. Example: -99 dBm instead of -150 dBm\
**Solution 3:** Test stronger antennas on the Fritz!Box if the mast is more than 5-10 km away
