Error message: Too many targets

• The destination number begins with one of these prefixes: 0137, 0138, 01212, 0185, 0181, 0188, 0900 (these cannot be reached via sipgate - solution see next point: "Error message: Not enough credit")

• The fax number contains special characters (please do not use the characters - / _ ( ))

• The PDF to be sent is larger than 2 MB

• More than 5 recipients have been entered

Error message: Not enough credit

You have no credit.

Solution: Top up credit via bank transfer/credit card/direct debit.

Error message: The connection failed

Destination number: 0137, 0138, 01212, 0185, 0181, 0188, 0900 cannot be reached via sipgate Solution: For the second problem, you can try to http://www.0180.info/ determine the local number and fax it instead of the special service number.

Error message: "Error connecting to fax server error, connecting to samurai"
