# What are the other actions in sipgate's event list?

**Note:** The *event list* is **available only to customers on sipgate classic** . On sipgate neo it is integrated in a different form.

By clicking on an event, you can expand it to get details about **source, destination, forwarding, and further information** . You can also perform the following actions here:

#### Start Click2Dial

With the button **Call** , you have the option to call your contact back via Click2Dial. If you have saved multiple phone numbers for a contact, you can choose between them.

#### Save phone numbers as contacts

Next to each phone number that has not yet been assigned to one of your contacts, you will find a button **Save phone number**. Click it to create a new contact.

#### Set phone numbers to the blocklist

With the button **Block number** you can add a phone number for the entire account to the [blocklist](https://help.sipgate.de/hc/de/articles/4403350387857-Unerw%C3%BCnschte-Anrufe-blockieren) . With the button **Lift block** , you can undo this.

#### Create note

For each event, you can create a note, which will also be shown to you afterward as a preview in the collapsed state of the corresponding event. Notes can be edited or removed again at any time.

#### Listen to and download voicemail

When you expand a voicemail event, you can listen to the caller's messages directly in the browser. You can also download the messages as an MP3 file. If you have activated automatic transcriptions for your voicemail, you will find those here as well.

#### Listen to and download call recordings

[Call recordings](https://help.sipgate.de/hc/de/articles/4403383879697-Call-Recording) are displayed analogously to voicemails and have the same options.

#### Display SMS text

When you expand an SMS event, you can see here which text message your contact sent you.

#### Fax preview, download, and transmission report

You can view and download your faxes directly from the event list. The fax is provided as a PDF file. You can download the transmission report directly via the event or resend an outgoing fax.

#### Group event list

#### Events in a group

If you have created one or more groups, these groups also have their own event list. This is shared with all group members. Here you have the option to add notes to individual events, e.g. completed callbacks for missed calls, which are visible to all members of the group.
