# Where can I get current information about outages and planned maintenance?

You can check at any time whether all sipgate systems are running properly.

At [status.sipgate.de](http://status.sipgate.de/) you can always see the current status of outages and planned maintenance work. In addition, we also inform you about a general outage in the sipgtate app.

Under the following [feedback form](https://docs.google.com/a/sipgate.de/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfAceg4Gaekq0Ab38RtVEEr9OJSOlrnyHNEFCsFZPlTAVItuw/viewform) you have the option of sending us detailed information about your outage.

#### **Is it a mobile network outage?**

You can also check for yourself whether there is currently a major mobile network outage in your area. Use the following input form for the live check.

It is best to enter **the exact street, postal code and city** for the most accurate result possible. Usually, postal code and city alone are not enough to receive a response.

#### **Is it an outage of the sipgate app?**

If the outage affects only the sipgate app, you can alternatively use the web phone in the logged-in area.

#### **Is it an outage of the mobile sipgate app?**

If you rely on using your sipgate account on the go, you can download an eSIM through your account in the event of an outage. An eSIM is free for every user. The eSIM can be set up in just a few steps and is ready to use immediately.
