Your sipgate phone number can be reached when your device is online or the voicemail is activated is. If neither is the case, callers will receive the error message The person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable.\

Important: After registering with sipgate, it may take a few minutes before your phone number can be reached. If your phone number is still unreachable, select your device in the help center and follow the configuration guide.
