What can I do if I have problems with Speedport Hybrid?

Solution for sipgate registration problems on Speedport Hybrid: replace letters in the SIP ID with numbers.

If you use the Speedport Hybrid, new firmware versions may block the sipgate SIP ID containing letters. If you are using one of the Speedport Hybrid devices, replace you e with a 0 in your SIP ID to register your device.
