As a rule, when you register a new account, we can verify you using an existing legal notice on a website or a current entry in the commercial register. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary for us to request additional proof from you. These may include the following documents:

* Ltd./foreign companies with a German registered office: *proof from the tax office showing the founding of the Ltd. or extract from the commercial register*
* Partnerships (law firms, architectural offices): *partnership register*
* GbR: *partnership agreement or guild certificate, proof from the Chamber of Crafts, business registration*
* Associations: *register of associations*
* Sole proprietorships: *ID card and business license*
* Freelancers: *ID card and proof from the tax office / reply letter from your tax office showing the registration and assignment of the VAT number*
* Doctors' practices: *entry with the medical association or certificate from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians.*
* Law firms: *entry with the bar association*
* Agricultural and forestry businesses: *entry with the Chamber of Agriculture*
* eG: extract from the cooperative register

When the submitted proof document has been reviewed by us, you can [add locations for the account](https://help.sipgate.de/hc/de/articles/360019995317-Wie-verifiziere-ich-meinen-Unternehmensstandort-bei-sipgate) and set up your account.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.sipgate.de/cloud-telefonanlage/en/getting-started/alles-fur-den-start-mit-sipgate/wie-registriere-ich-mich-als-unternehmen-bei-sipgate.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
