Zoho Desk integration
How to connect Zoho Desk with the sipgate App for automatic synchronization of contacts and call activities.
In the sipgate app, you have direct access to your Zoho Desk contacts. This way, you can always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools.
Connect sipgate and Zoho Desk and benefit from automatic contact synchronization. Any changes or new contacts that you add in the sipgate app during or after the phone call are automatically saved in Zoho Desk. And the best part: sipgate also updates your call activity on your contacts in Zoho Desk. This way, you are always up to date and know when you spoke with which of your contacts and what you noted about your conversation.
Integration of Zoho Desk in the sipgate app:
Select integration
Click the user icon on the left and select the "Settings" item from the sidebar.
Under the item Integrations look for the entry Zoho Desk and click the button Connect with Zoho Desk. 
Log in to Zoho Desk
Log in to Zoho Desk.

Confirm connection
Agree to the exchange between the apps. This will successfully connect Zoho Desk and the sipgate app.
Tip: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes until they are fully displayed. Currently, contact synchronization takes place every 3 hours. Shorter settings, for example every 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 180 minutes, were rejected by the Zoho API due to too many requests. After such a rejection, it is not possible to synchronize contacts for 24 hours.
