How to connect the messaging platform Superchat with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony.
Superchat is a comprehensive messaging suite that provides every company with the tools needed to create a unique customer experience. All customer messages received via WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, email, and more are bundled into one inbox. New online reviews are also generated and managed via the review tool.
With sipgate, you can make calls directly from Superchat and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This means you can always see which contact is currently calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.
Integration of Superchat into the sipgate app:
Select integration
Click the gear icon on the left in the sipgate app and select the item Integrations off. Under the section Integrations look for the entry Superchat and click the button Connect with Superchat. 
Enter API key
Enter the required API key here.

Confirm connection
This means you have successfully connected Superchat and the sipgate app.
Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.
Find or create the API key in your Superchat account:
In your Superchat account, click the icon with your initials in the top right corner and then select the "Settings" item in the dropdown menu.

Then select the "Integrations" item in the menu bar on the right and then click the "API Integration" button on the right.

Give the new integration any name you like.

The new API key is then generated by the system and can be copied by you using the "Copy key" button.
