How to connect SpotlerCRM with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony directly from the CRM.
SpotlerCRM is an easy-to-use cloud CRM system for small and medium-sized businesses. With integrated sales, marketing, and service support, you can work smarter and manage and track your sales contacts and customers. All your data is in one place, enabling better team collaboration, stronger relationships, and more revenue.
With sipgate, you can make calls directly in SpotlerCRM and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.
Integration of SpotlerCRM in the sipgate app:
Select integration
Click the gear icon on the left in the sipgate app and select the item Integrations .
Under the item Integrations look for the entry Spotler/Really Simple Systems and click the button Connect with Spotler/Really Simple Systems. 
Enter API key
Enter the required API key here.

Confirm connection
You have now successfully connected SpotlerCRM and the sipgate app.
Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.
Find or create the API key in your SpotlerCRM account:
Click the gear icon at the top right in your account and select under Integrations the menu item API V4 .

From here, you can create a new API key by clicking on Manage your API keys and alerts > Generate new key . Select a user and click on Generate. SpotlerCRM now creates an API key.
