How to connect the e-commerce platform Shopware with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony.
Shopware is an open commerce platform that lets you create your own online shop. Shopware is flexibly customizable and easy to use, and is suitable for modern online shops of any size.
With sipgate, you can make calls directly from Shopware and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you can always see which contact is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.
Integration of Shopware in the sipgate app:
Select integration
Click the gear icon on the left in the sipgate app and select the item Integrations from. Under the item Integrations look for the entry Shopware and click the button Connect with Shopware.

Enter API data
Enter the required API key and API URL here.
Please note that the API key must be entered in the form: ACCESS_KEY_ID:SECRET_ACCESS_KEY.

Confirm connection
This means you have successfully connected Shopware and the sipgate app.
Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.
Find or create the API key in your Shopware account:
Log in to your Shopware account and select the "Settings" menu item on the left side.

In the following window, select "System" and then the option "Integrations".

Here you will already find existing API keys, or you can create a new API key using the "Add Integration" button.

If you create a new API key, please assign any name in the following pop-up window and copy the required Access Key ID and Secret Access Key — both will no longer be visible after saving.
Please be sure to grant administrator rights at this point.
Save your entries with "Save Integration".
