Shopware integration

How to connect the e-commerce platform Shopware with the sipgate app for contact synchronization and telephony.

Shopware is an open commerce platform that lets you create your own online store. Shopware is flexibly customizable, easy to use, and suitable for modern online stores of any size.

With sipgate, you can make calls directly from Shopware and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you always see which contact is calling and don't have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

Integration of Shopware in the sipgate app:

Select integration

In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select Integrations from. Under Integrations search for the entry Shopware and click the button Connect with Shopware.

Enter API data

Enter the required API key and the API URL here.

Confirm connection

This means you have successfully connected Shopware and the sipgate app.

Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes until they are fully displayed.

Find or create the API key in your Shopware account:

Log in to your Shopware account and select the menu item "Settings" on the left side.

In the following window, select "System" and then the "Integrations" option.

Here you will now find already created API keys, or you can create a new API key using the "Add Integration" button.

If you create a new API key, please assign any name in the following pop-up window and copy the required Access Key ID and Secret Access Key—both will no longer be visible after saving.

Save your entries with "Save Integration".
