How to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud solution that intelligently supports your business processes. This includes applications for managing customer relationships (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Important: The integration does not work with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
With sipgate, you can make calls directly from Microsoft Dynamics and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you can always see which contact is currently calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your telephone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.
Important: To set up Dynamics in the sipgate app, registration and sign-in by an administrator in the Azure portal are required.
Integration of Microsoft Dynamics in the sipgate app:
Select integration
In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select the item "Integrations".
Under the "Integrations" section, search for the entry "Microsoft Dynamics" and click the "Connect with Microsoft Dynamics" button.

Enter account URL
Enter the required account URL here.

Perform Microsoft login
The sipgate app will now take you to a Microsoft login, where you enter your access data accordingly and agree to the exchange of data between Microsoft Dynamics and the sipgate app.


Important: To set up Dynamics in the sipgate app, registration and sign-in by an administrator in the Azure portal are required. Only then can users successfully connect via the sipgate app with Microsoft Dynamics.
Confirm connection
You have now successfully connected Microsoft Dynamics and the sipgate app.
