Hero integration

This is how you connect the trades software Hero with the sipgate app for contact synchronization and telephony.

With the Hero trade software, businesses can digitize their entire project management - from initial contact through the quote to implementation and invoicing.

With sipgate, you can make calls directly from Hero and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This means you can always see which contact is calling and don’t have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

Integration of Hero in the sipgate app:

Select integration

In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select the item "Integrations". Then select "Hero" from the list.

Enter API key

Enter the required API key here.

Confirm connection

You have now successfully connected Hero and the sipgate app.

Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes until they are displayed in full.
