Flowfact integration

How to connect the estate agent software Flowfact with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony.

Flowfact presents itself as CRM broker software for companies of any size. The software is available via browser and can be supplemented with individual web tools, e.g. for digital acquisition.

With sipgate, you can make calls directly in Flowfact and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you can always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

Connect sipgate and Flowfact and benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts that you add in the sipgate app during or after the call are automatically saved in Flowfact. Integration of Flowfact in the sipgate app:

Select integration

In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select the item "Integrations".

Under the "Integrations" section, search for the "Flowfact" entry and click the "Connect to Flowfact" button. flowfact.png

Enter API key

Enter the required API key here.

Confirm connection

You have now successfully connected Flowfact and the sipgate app.

Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.

Find or create API key in the Flowfact account:

Open profile

Log in to the Flowfact account, click the user icon at the top right, and select "Profile". flowfact_einstellungen_1.png

Create API key

Under the "API access" menu item, you will find already set up API keys, or you can generate a corresponding key with "Create access".
