How to connect crm-now with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony directly from the CRM.
crm-now is the ideal solution for small and medium-sized businesses that need a tool to improve their sales process and customer support without having to maintain their own technical infrastructure for it.
With sipgate, you can make calls directly from crm-now and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you always see which contact is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.
Integration of crm-now in the sipgate app:
Select integration
In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select the item "Integrations".
Under the "Integrations" section, search for the entry "crm-now" and click the "Connect with crm-now" button.

Enter API data
Enter the required API key and API URL here.
Please note: The API key must be entered in the form "Username:access key".

Confirm connection
You have now successfully connected crm-now and the sipgate app.
Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.
Find the API key in your crm-now account:
Open settings
Log in to your crm-now account, click on your user in the top right, and select the menu item "My settings".

Copy access key
In the new window, you will find the item "advanced options" as the second-to-last entry and the required access key (API key).
