Copper integration

How to connect Copper CRM with the sipgate App for automatic contact synchronization and telephony.

Copper is the number 1 customer relationship management software for G Suite users. Copper integrates seamlessly with G Suite, eliminates manual data entry, and is extremely user-friendly.

With sipgate, you can make calls directly in Copper and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your telephone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

Connect sipgate and Copper and benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts that you add in the sipgate app during or after the call are automatically saved in Copper.

Integration of Copper in the sipgate app:

Select integration

In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select the item "Integrations".

Under the "Integrations" section, search for the "Copper" entry and click the "Connect with Copper" button. copper.png

Enter API data

Enter the required API key and your username here.

Confirm connection

This successfully connects Copper and the sipgate app.

Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.

Find or create the API key in your Copper account:

To generate an API key, open "Settings" in the menu, then go to the sub-item "Integrations", "API Keys". Click the "Generate API Key" button here.
