Close integration

How to connect the sales CRM Close with the sipgate App for contact synchronization and telephony.

Close is a CRM for sales engagement that helps SMBs turn more leads into revenue. With Close, a true multichannel platform, you can contact your leads by email, phone, or SMS from your desktop — all without add-ons. With sipgate, you can make calls directly in Close and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you can always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

What should I do if another app opens instead of sipgate?

If clicking on a phone number opens another app (e.g. FaceTime or Skype), you must change the default app for tel links in your operating system.

Open the settingsDefault apps, and set sipgate as the default for phone links. More information can be found in the article: Windows – How do I install the sipgate app on Windows?
