Call logging for all your devices

We are pleased to inform you that call logging now works fully across all devices you use. This extended functionality ensures a consistently logged communication experience, regardless of which device you are currently using. Provided that you have the appropriate plan and the integration (e.g. CRM) is connected, all calls will be automatically logged with the respective contact.

If the setup previously only applied to the desktop app, logging will still take place consistently for all the devices mentioned at the contact.

How do I connect my CRM?

  1. Navigate to the integrations page https://app.sipgate.com/integrations

  2. Click on “Connect” and choose your appropriate integration

  1. Log in to your integration or enter the corresponding API

Done - now all your conversations across all your devices will be logged with the contact in the CRM.
