How to connect ActiveCampaign with the sipgate App for automatic contact synchronization and telephony.

ActiveCampaign enables you to segment contacts and customers and address them personally across various channels. ActiveCampaign combines email marketing and marketing automation with CRM elements.

With sipgate, you can make calls directly in ActiveCampaign and use your contacts in the sipgate app. This way, you always see who is calling and do not have to switch between different tools. sipgate is your phone system with the telephony app for desktop and mobile.

Connect sipgate and ActiveCampaign and benefit from automatic contact synchronization. All changes or new contacts that you add in the sipgate app during or after the call are automatically saved in ActiveCampaign.

Integration of ActiveCampaign in the sipgate app:

Select integration

In the sipgate app, click the gear icon on the left and select "Integrations". Under "Integrations", search for "ActiveCamapaign" and click the "Connect with ActiveCampaign" button. activecampaign.png

Enter API data

Enter the required API key and API URL here.

Confirm connection

You have now successfully connected ActiveCampaign and the sipgate app.

Note: Depending on the number of contacts to be integrated, it may take a few minutes before they are displayed completely.

Find the API key in your ActiveCampaign account:

Log in to your ActiveCampaign account and click the gear icon in the bottom left (Settings). In the "Developer" menu item, you will find the required API key and URL under "API Access".

How does Click2Dial work with ActiveCampaign ?

To use Click2Dial with ActiveCampaign, you need to request Click2Dial support for tel: from ActiveCampaign Support so that the sipgate app can be opened when clicking a phone number in the CRM. Unfortunately, the sipgate browser add-on cannot be used, as this resulted in performance issues in the browser.
