# Can I connect my database/CRM system to sipgate?

Your CRM system or database can be connected via external software. One possible software is **Tapi for Snom**. With this paid software, you create an interface between your snom phone and your computer so that your TAPI/CTI-capable system can access the phone. The software can be downloaded here: [Tapi for snom](http://www.phonesuite.de/)

Another option is to use our telephony API [sipgate.io](https://www.sipgate.io/) use.
