# Where can I find the itemized call records?

You can view itemized call records (ICDR) if you are logged in as an admin. You can find access to the itemized call records under Account → Administration → Itemized call record.

The itemized call records in your account give you an overview of all chargeable **calls, SMS messages and fax messages**. You can display your itemized call records with filters. Possible **filter options** are:

* by **date** (time period freely selectable)
* by **events** (calls, SMS, fax messages, voicemail, external phones)
* by **users**
* by **Groups**

In addition, you can print your itemized call records, download them as a PDF document, and export them as a CSV file.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important:** Please note that free calls (sipgate to sipgate, 0800) are not listed in the itemized call record. Calls that were covered by a flat rate are also not shown in this EVN and can only be viewed in the call list of the corresponding user.
{% endhint %}

For data protection reasons, only billing-relevant data for the past three months are listed in the EVN. This also includes fax messages and SMS.

#### Why isn't my itemized call record updating?

When you open the itemized call records page, the current status is loaded and the display is not updated for a few minutes. So if you make calls during this time, they are recorded in the background but initially not displayed. Not even if you refresh the page.

Please be patient and wait a few minutes before you can retrieve the current status by reloading the page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.sipgate.de/cloud-telefonanlage/en/account-management/vertrage-rechnungen-und-preise/wo-finde-ich-die-einzelverbindungsnachweise.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
