# Where can I find the itemized call records?

You can view itemized bills (EVN) if you are logged in as an admin. You can find your access to the itemized bills under Account → Administration → Itemized bill.

The itemized bills in your account give you an overview of all chargeable **calls, SMS and fax messages**. You have the option of displaying your itemized bills with filters. Possible **filter options** are:

* by **date** (time period can be freely selected)
* by **events** (calls, SMS, fax messages, voicemail, external phones)
* by **users**
* by **Groups**

In addition, you can print your itemized bills, download them as a PDF document, and export them as a CSV file.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important:** Please note that free calls (sipgate to sipgate, 0800) are not listed in the itemized bill. Calls that were covered under a flat rate are also not shown in this EVN and can only be viewed in the call list of the corresponding user.
{% endhint %}

For data protection reasons, the EVN only lists billing-relevant data for the past three months. This also includes fax messages and SMS.

#### Why is my itemized bill not updating?

When you open the itemized bill page, the current status is loaded and the display is not updated for a few minutes. So if you make calls during this time, they are recorded in the background but initially not displayed. Not even if you refresh the page.

Please be patient and wait a few minutes before refreshing the page to retrieve the current status.
