How can I change my plan?

How to change your sipgate plan – upgrade or downgrade at any time with prorated billing.

You have the option to switch to another contract at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your contract (e.g., from S or L to XL and vice versa). You can use the modified contract immediately. You only pay a prorated amount for the current month.

Note: Billing is prorated. Already paid amounts will not be refunded – therefore, we recommend changing your plan ideally at the end or beginning of the month.

Here's how:

Open plan

Click as admin in the left start menu on Management and then in the menu on Tariff.

Select plan

This takes you to an overview page where you can see your current plan as well as the alternative plans in detail. With one click on the desired plan, you can book the new plan.
