How can I change my plan?

This is how you change your sipgate plan - upgrade or downgrade at any time with prorated billing.

You can switch to another contract at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your contract (e.g. from S or L to XL and vice versa). You can use the contract you have changed immediately. You only pay proportionally for the current month.

Note: Billing is pro rata. A refund of amounts already paid is not made – therefore, we recommend changing tariffs ideally at the end or beginning of the month.

Here's how:

Open tariff

Click as admin in the start menu on the left on Administration and then in the menu on Plan.

Select tariff

Here you will be taken to an overview page where you can see your current tariff as well as the alternative tariffs in detail. With a click on the desired tariff, you can book the new tariff.
