Under Account → Administration → Payment, you can view your currently booked products. #### Refund credit If you want to **cancel completely** would like, you can under **Account → Administration → Contract data** with a click on the three dots, cancel the contract. The credit will then be transferred to the payment method we have on file after the cancellation has been completed. If you have a **Trunking contract** with sipgate cancelled, please fill out the [application for payout of the credit](https://static.sipgate.com/static/downloads/docs/Kuendigung_und_Guthaben_team.pdf) and send it to us by fax or by post. #### Retroactively refund credit If you have already cancelled your contract and the credit was not paid out to you in the following month, please fill out the [application for payout of the credit](https://static.sipgate.com/static/downloads/docs/Kuendigung_und_Guthaben_team.pdf) and send it to us by fax or by post. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
