Under Account → Administration → Payment, you can view your currently booked products. #### Refund balance If you want to **cancel your account completely** we require written notice of termination from the admin of the account. This can be sent to us informally by email, fax, or letter. Cancellation is possible at any time with one business day's notice to the end of a month. The credit will then be transferred to the payment method stored with us after the cancellation has been completed. #### Refund balance retroactively If you have already canceled your contract and the balance was not paid out to you in the following month, please contact sipgate in writing by email, letter, or fax without delay.
