Here’s how to check your sipgate credit balance and request a refund of your remaining balance after cancellation. #### View credit balance You can view your credit balance by, as an admin in your account, clicking your name and customer number at the top right. Under Account → Administration → Payment, you can view your currently booked products. #### Refund credit If you want to **cancel completely** If you would like to do so, we require a written cancellation from the account admin. This can be sent to us informally by email, fax, or letter. Cancellation is possible at any time with one business day’s notice to the end of a month. The credit will then be transferred to the payment method stored with us after the cancellation has been completed. #### Refund credit retroactively If you have already canceled your contract and your credit was not paid out in the following month, please contact sipgate in writing by email, letter, or fax immediately.
