Where can I see my connection details?

This is how you can see your incoming and outgoing calls, voicemails, faxes, and SMS in the sipgate app at a glance.

Important: This feature is available only to customers on sipgate classic. On sipgate neo, the feature is integrated in a different form.

Incoming and outgoing calls

With a new sipgate account, you can use the sipgate app as a desktop version, on mobile, or directly in the browser. In the app, you can see:

• Your personal channel and all shared channels to which you have been added

• All previous incoming and outgoing calls

• Left voicemails (if enabled)

Fax and SMS

In the web app, you will find under Fax and SMS:

• Received and sent faxes as well as SMS

• Filter and label functions for an overview

• The ability to send new faxes or SMS (prerequisite: active web fax or SIM/eSIM)
