Where can I see my connection data?

Here’s how to find your incoming and outgoing calls, voicemails, faxes, and SMS at a glance in the sipgate app.

Important: This feature is only available to customers on sipgate classic. On sipgate neo, the feature is integrated in a different form.

Incoming and outgoing calls

With a new sipgate access, you use the sipgate app as a desktop version, on mobile, or directly in the browser. In the app you can see:

• Your personal channel and all shared channels you have been added to

• All previous incoming and outgoing calls

• Voicemails left behind (if enabled)

Fax and SMS

In the web app you will find under Fax and SMS:

• Received and sent faxes as well as SMS

• Filter and label functions for better overview

• The ability to send new faxes or SMS (requirement: active web fax or SIM/eSIM)
