# How do I add the phone numbers to Telekom's phone book?

You have the option to list both a phone number and a fax number for each location in Telekom’s public telephone directory. In addition, you can choose whether the phone numbers should also be passed on to electronic media or directory assistance. Only admins of your account can make these settings. Here’s how\*\*:\*\*

Click in **account management** on **Locations**.

**Select phone directory listing**

Then click on **Phone directory listing** to the right of the desired location.
