# How do I enter the phone numbers in the Telekom phone book?

You have the option to enter both a phone number and a fax number for each location in Telekom's public telephone directory. In addition, you can choose whether the phone numbers should also be passed on to electronic media or directory assistance. Only admins of your account can make these settings. Here's how:\*\*:\*\*

Click in **account management** on **Locations**.

Then click on **Telephone directory entry** to the right of the desired location.
