# How do I create, edit, and delete my contacts?

The menu item **Contacts** includes an address book with numerous functions. Save **phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, URLs, fax numbers or other information and notes** for the respective contact. Starting from the contact, you can immediately **make calls, send faxes, SMS messages and emails** or **open the contact’s website** .

## **Here’s how it works:**

Click on **My telephony.** Then click **left** in the main navigation on the menu item **Contacts**.

Would you like to add another business or private phone number, an address, an email contact or a website to this user? Click on the user to **edit the selected contact.** Via the 3-dot button, you can **delete the contact.** ![](/files/1448c8d47c140a6e042da0b36b3dad79e86d17a3)

In the event list, you can click on an event and under **Create contact** save a new contact or add the phone number to an already existing contact.

**Note:** The function *event list* is only available to customers on sipgate classic. On sipgate neo, the feature is integrated in a different form.
